By accessing or using the Celixra platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the platform.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including institutional administrators, compliance officers, and any other authorized users.

Celixra grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your institution’s internal compliance and accreditation management purposes, subject to these terms.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the platform without express written permission. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Celixra platform, including compliance documents, policies, evidence files, and institutional records. Celixra does not claim ownership of your institutional data.

You grant Celixra a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the services you have requested. We will not sell, share, or use your institutional data for any purpose other than delivering the platform services.

Celixra uses artificial intelligence to analyze institutional documents against accreditation standards and regulatory requirements. AI-generated analysis is provided as a decision-support tool and should not be considered legal advice or a guarantee of compliance.

Your institution retains full responsibility for its compliance determinations. We recommend that all AI-generated findings be reviewed by qualified compliance personnel before being acted upon.

We strive to maintain high availability of the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. In the event of unscheduled downtime, we will work to restore service as quickly as possible.

Support is provided via email during business hours. Response times and support levels may vary based on your subscription plan.

Access to the Celixra platform requires a paid subscription. Pricing is based on institution size, the number of frameworks managed, and the features included in your plan. Payment terms will be outlined in your institutional subscription agreement.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your subscription agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Celixra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Celixra in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the subscription in accordance with the terms of the institutional subscription agreement. Upon termination, your right to access the platform will cease. You may request an export of your institutional data within thirty days of termination.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
